De driedaagse bijeenkomst stond in het teken van capaciteitsopbouw en een diepgaande zelfevaluatie om de effectiviteit en inclusiviteit van sociale dialoog binnen de organisatie te versterken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capaciteitsopbouw en Sociale Dialoog<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op zaterdag 8 maart 2025 vond een workshop plaats gericht op het verbeteren van sociale dialoogvaardigheden voor AAC-leden. De sessie begon met een presentatie door de heer Andrea Marinucci, Social Dialogue Officer van de ILO in Gen\u00e8ve, over mondiale trends en vergelijkende praktijken op het gebied van sociale dialoog. Vervolgens werden de precondities voor effectieve sociale dialoog besproken, met nadruk op de ontwikkeling van soft skills zoals onderhandelingstechnieken, consensusvorming en vertrouwensopbouw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een belangrijk onderdeel van de workshop was de introductie van de Self-Assessment Method for Social Dialogue Institutions (SAM-SDI), een instrument dat sociale dialooginstellingen helpt bij het beoordelen en verbeteren van hun functioneren. Deze methodologie werd gepresenteerd als voorbereiding op de zelfevaluatiesessies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zelfevaluatie van het Arbeidsadviescollege<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op 10 en 11 maart 2025 voerde het AAC een uitgebreide zelfevaluatie uit, waarbij de organisatie werd geanalyseerd op basis van twee hoofdthema\u2019s: inclusiviteit en effectiviteit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusiviteitsdimensie<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tijdens de eerste sessies werden belangrijke aspecten zoals lidmaatschap, besluitvormingsstructuur, representativiteit en gender- en diversiteitsbeleid onder de loep genomen. Door middel van institutionele mapping werd inzicht verkregen in de mate van inclusiviteit binnen de organisatie en de vertegenwoordiging van diverse belanghebbenden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effectiviteitsdimensie<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De daaropvolgende sessies richtten zich op de effectiviteit van het AAC, met aandacht voor agendering, consensusvorming, beleidsbe\u00efnvloeding, sociale stabiliteit en communicatie. Deelnemers , allemaal leden van de het College, beoordeelden hoe de organisatie momenteel functioneert en identificeerden verbeterpunten om de effici\u00ebntie en impact van het AAC te vergroten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opstellen van een Actieplan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De laatste sessies waren gewijd aan het opstellen van een actieplan met concrete prioriteiten, acties en tijdlijnen. Dit plan zal dienen als leidraad voor verdere versterking van de sociale dialoog en de structurele verbeteringen binnen het AAC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met de succesvolle afronding van deze sessies heeft het AAC een belangrijke stap gezet in de richting van een inclusievere en effectievere sociale dialoog in Suriname.
