Deze aanpassingen vergen substanti\u00eble voorbereidingen van het bedrijfsleven, in het bijzonder het midden- en kleinbedrijf (MKB).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De VSB benadrukt in haar brief dat niet alleen het bedrijfsleven, maar ook andere stakeholders\u2014zoals rechters, advocaten, het Openbaar Ministerie, en burgers\u2014nog onvoldoende gelegenheid hebben gehad om de nieuwe bepalingen goed te doorgronden.
