Dit nieuwe rapport zal een actueel beeld geven van de kansen, uitdagingen en ervaringen van vrouwen in management wereldwijd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een korte terugblik:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In 2015 bracht de ILO het rapport Women in Business and Management: Gaining Momentum uit. Hierin werd gekeken naar de eerste stappen die bedrijven wereldwijd zetten om meer vrouwen op leidinggevende posities te krijgen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In 2019 volgde het tweede rapport, The Business Case for Change. Deze studie toonde aan dat gendergelijkheid niet alleen maatschappelijk belangrijk is, maar ook zorgt voor betere bedrijfsresultaten.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het nieuwe onderzoek bouwt hierop voort en richt zich op grote, middelgrote en kleine ondernemingen, inclusief bedrijven in opkomende economie\u00ebn zoals Suriname.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wij roepen vooral vrouwen op die actief zijn in het bedrijfsleven of een leidinggevende rol bekleden om mee te doen aan deze internationale survey.
