Het minimumloon be\u00efnvloedt niet alleen de koopkracht van werknemers, maar ook de werkgelegenheid, de kostenstructuur van ondernemingen en het algemene investeringsklimaat in Suriname. Voor het jaar 2025 geldt een minimumuurloon van SRD 52,47 per uur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De huidige berekeningsmethodiek is gebaseerd op de nationale armoedegrens. Deze benadering sluit echter niet altijd volledig aan bij de economische realiteit en de loonstructuren binnen ondernemingen. Een bredere onderbouwing, met actuele gegevens uit het bedrijfsleven, is daarom van groot belang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Vereniging Surinaams Bedrijfsleven (VSB) hecht in het kader van de besprekingen binnen de Nationale Loonraad groot belang aan praktijkgerichte input vanuit ondernemingen. Daarom is een korte survey uitgezet om aanvullende data te verzamelen over onder meer loonstructuren, draagkracht, sectorale verschillen en mogelijke werkgelegenheidseffecten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uw deelname levert een directe bijdrage aan een realistische, economisch verantwoorde en sociaal evenwichtige vaststelling van het minimumuurloon voor 2026.
