Dit met het volle besef dat het noodzakelijk is een zo goed mogelijke representatie van het brede veld van organisaties van werknemers en werkgevers te hebben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een Tripartiet Akkoord is een overeenkomst tussen drie Sociale Partners t.w. de Overheid, de georganiseerde Vakbeweging en het georganiseerde Bedrijfsleven. Het is de uitkomst van een sociale dialoog en vindt plaats in een situatie waarin sprake is van ernstige verstoring van de financieel-economische dan wel sociaaleconomische verhoudingen in de samenleving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het Tripartiet Akkoord heeft als doel om te komen tot een financieel-economisch stabiele situatie, waarbij de economische bedrijvigheid zich kan herstellen. In het bijzonder moeten condities geschapen worden voor structurele versterking van de economie en uitbreiding van werkgelegenheid, met name door bevordering en diversificatie van productie en export, met aandacht voor het sociaal ondersteunings- en inkomensbeleid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTot een dag voor de ondertekening was het nog even spannend maar er is uiteindelijk overeenstemming bereikt. Het is een uniek moment. Dit is het eerste sociaal akkoord ooit gesloten ondanks meerdere pogingen daartoe. Het belangrijkste resultaat in eerste instantie is dat partijen een aantal onderwerpen hebben ge\u00efdentificeerd waarover in tripartiet verband moet worden gesproken. Sommige zaken zijn concreet zoals de belastingaanpassing en voortzetten van fiscale voorziening voor een koerscompensatie. Andere punten zijn meer conceptueel en moeten nu worden uitgewerkt en uitgevoerd\u201d, zegt VSB voorzitter Bryan Renten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tijdens het Tripartiet Overleg zijn de Sociale Partners het eens geworden over vijf primaire issues die beleidsaandacht verdienen en waarover verder in dit Tripartiet Akkoord afspraken zijn gemaakt. Het gaat hierbij om afspraken met betrekking tot:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Belastingen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Koopkrachtversterking<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Sociaal vangnet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) Prijsbeleid<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5) Ondernemerschap en werkgelegenheid<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hiernaast kunnen tussentijds ook andere dringende issues binnen het Tripartiet Overleg aan de orde komen, waarover advies gegeven kan worden dan wel besluiten kunnen worden genomen. Met name maken de Sociale Partners zich bezorgd over de gezondheidszorg, waaronder het doorberekenen van kosten naar personen die verzekerd zijn en de kwaliteit van de zorg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over tussentijdse dringende issues kunnen de Sociale Partners zich laten voorlichten door de bevoegde instantie(s) en daarmee in gesprek gaan om oplossingen te zoeken. De Sociale Partners zijn er voorstaander van om dringende issues die zich voordoen -en vrij snelle aanpak behoeven- middels dialoog op te lossen en het Tripartiet Overleg als forum in te zetten.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2
