De manager was overtuigd van de goed geformuleerde strategie en opgebouwde structuur en begreep niet wat er aan de hand was. Aan alles is gedacht. Missie, visie, strategie, structuur, gebouwen, materieel, middelen en de nodige personele voorzieningen zoals goed salaris, mooie meubels, kantine, werkkleding, \u2018name it\u2019 en er is aan gedacht.<\/p>\n<p>Dus de vraag die opkwam is: Hoe kan het dat het niet gaat zoals verwacht? Het woord cultuur werd genoemd, maar waar hebben we het dan over?\u00a0 Wat moeten we met cultuur? Wat is cultuur? Het zijn toch verschillende mensen ieder met hun eigen cultuur? Dat is toch juist zo interessant, al die verschillende culturen bij elkaar? Nee dus, we hebben het hier over organisatiecultuur.<\/p>\n<p>Als leiding zal de manager vast moeten stellen welke cultuur een ondersteuning is voor de doelstelling. Nagegaan moet worden hoe met elkaar moet worden omgegaan.\u00a0 Met elkaar en met alle betrokkenen rond de organisatie; de leveranciers, de klanten, de zakenrelaties, zelfs de familieleden van de medewerkers.<\/p>\n<p>Daarbij gaat het om de waarden en normen en de invulling daarvan in gedrag en afspraken die we daarover maken. Heel simpel gezegd: een omgeving waar de medewerkers zich verbonden voelen met de organisatiedoelen. Ze weten wat van hen verwacht wordt en waar de organisatie naar toe wil. Een omgeving waar ze zich veilig voelen en weten wat hun bijdrage is en hoe ze hun persoonlijke talenten inzetten.<\/p>\n<p>Zijn het dan toch de mensen in de organisatie die uiteindelijk het mogelijk maken dat organisatiedoelen gerealiseerd worden?<\/p>\n<p>Dat betekent dat die hun verantwoordelijkheden wel moeten kennen. Als zij het hart van de organisatie zijn wordt er dan voldoende aandacht aan dat hart besteed? Dat kloppend hart moet blijven kloppen ! Geen statisch hart, maar een hart dat constant in beweging is.<\/p>\n<p>En net als bij een menselijk lichaam is het uiteindelijk ook het organisatorisch hart dat met behulp van andere organisatie onderdelen die organisatie draaiend houdt.<\/p>\n<p>Dus aandacht!!! Heel lang blijft een gezond hart kloppen zonder die aandacht. Net als bij een menselijke hart lijkt alles te werken, maar als het hart gebreken gaat vertonen en niet meer automatisch doet wat we verwachten, dan schrikken we.<\/p>\n<p>Vanaf de start van een organisatie vraagt het hart bewuste aandacht: Wat hebben de mensen nodig om de juiste invulling te geven aan hun rol?<\/p>\n<p>Hoe we daarmee om kunnen gaan bespreken we in de volgende
