Het punt is dat het antwoord niet zo simpel is en ook regelmatig moet worden getoetst. Dus het is misschien een teleurstelling, maar het zou geen management uitdaging zijn als zo simpel was.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We houden van checklists. We houden van artikelen met een kop als: 10 tips om de wereld te veranderen! 5 stappen op weg naar een succesvolle onderneming, etc.\u00a0 Wie houdt niet van de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ceenvoudige druk op een knop en het probleem is opgelost\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Tuurlijk, dat is leuk, maar dat werkt niet als het om mensen gaat!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De mens als hart van de organisatie vraagt echte aandacht. En dat is meer dan de olie verversen van een machine, het aanscherpen van een procedure, het digitaliseren van documenten of het automatiseren van bepaalde handelingen. Zelfs op dat vlak zijn er soms uitdagingen\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als we het hebben over de mens als hart van de organisatie, dan komt de bedrijfscultuur weer aan de orde. Dan praten we over de waarden, normen, de manier waarop we met elkaar omgaan, met elkaar praten. We praten dan over het gevoel van onderling vertrouwen, de transparantie over doelen en uitdagingen, de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers, het respect dat zij ervaren. Kort gezegd de verbinding die de medewerkers ervaren met de doelen van de organisatie, de uitgangspunten en hun eigen rol daarin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het gaat om motivatie, inspiratie, vertrouwen. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als er geen sterke bedrijfscultuur is, kan alles nog steeds mis gaan ongeacht de juiste strategie en structuur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daarom begint alles bij de manager. Het is belangrijk dat die de eigen overtuigingen, idee\u00ebn en waarden helder heeft. Bewustwording van de eigen leiderschapstijl en de principes om die kenbaar te maken is een belangrijke stap.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met die zelfkennis kunnen eigen identiteit, idealen, visie en missie herkenbaar worden gemaakt voor alle betrokkenen in en rond de organisatie zodat duidelijk wordt waar het bedrijf voor staat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De medewerkers beseffen dan welke boodschap ze uitdragen. Ze voelen zich veilig in een omgeving waar hun kennis en hun talenten worden gerespecteerd en zij onderdeel zijn van het geheel: Verbinding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een omgeving die aansluit bij hun persoonlijkheid en waar ze hun talenten kunnen inzetten op de gebieden die dicht bij hun hart liggen, waarbij ze begeleid worden om zich tot hun volledig potentieel te kunnen ontwikkelens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dan pas gaan we de vragen goed kunnen beantwoorden!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denk mee
