Management uitdagingen zijn een doorlopend proces van uitdagingen. <strong>\u201c<em>Never a dull moment!!<\/em>\u201c <\/strong>Dat is geen klacht hoor! Het is waar elke manager zich van bewust moet zijn. Bij management uitdagingen is 1 + 1 niet altijd 2 ! Niet mee eens? Laat het weten, een gezonde discussie biedt mogelijkheden tot verbetering!<\/p>\n<p>Goed, we gaan verder met het denkproces!<\/p>\n<p>De invloed van de manager is met het in kaart brengen van strategie, structuur en cultuur met de gewenste waarden en normen binnen de organisatie duidelijk geworden. Simpel gezegd kan gesteld worden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategie: uitdagend en veel belovend!<\/li>\n<li>Structuur: eenvoudig en duidelijk!<\/li>\n<li>Cultuur: vertrouwenwekkend en inspirerend!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En nu aan het werk, want het is al eerder gezegd, uiteindelijk gaat om <u>de Produktie<\/u>!<\/p>\n<p>Het gaat nog steeds niet optimaal, maar het management geeft niet op! Wat nu? Wat zijn de knelpunten? Waar moeten we beginnen?<\/p>\n<p>Bij de hoeksteen van de organisatie? Daar hebben we toch al aandacht aan besteed? Als de mensen nog problemen hebben, dan kunnen die dat toch aangeven? De leiding staat er voor open, alles is bespreekbaar. Let wel, het werk moet wel doorgaan, want de voortgang van de organisatie is ons aller doel.<\/p>\n<p>O ja noh ?? we komen hier op terug!<\/p>\n<p>Opnieuw blijkt dat het toch niet zo simpel is.<\/p>\n<p>Dan komen we op een ander niveau van organisatie ontwikkeling (want dat is waar we mee bezig zijn). Een manager heeft vele rollen, waar vele theorien over zijn ontwikkeld en managementboeken over zijn geschreven. Die kunnen we nu niet allemaal gaan bestuderen en opnieuw consultants binnen halen kan natuurlijk altijd! Eerst is het belangrijk dat het management het \u2018organisatie denken\u2019, de \u2018mindset\u2019\u00a0 ontwikkelt, dat alles binnen de organistie met elkaar samenhangt. Hoe dan? Bedoelen we dat de manager zich op alles moet richten? Ja, inderdaad, dat is wel het uitgangspunt. Voor een organisatie staat niets volledig los en onafhankelijk van andere aandachtsgebieden binnen en buiten de organisatie. Alles hangt met elkaar samen, dus je kan de gebieden niet onafhankelijk van elkaar ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n<p>Nu komen er woorden opduiken als \u2018geintegreerde aanpak! Wat is dat en hoe doe je dat? Het woord \u2018systeem\u2019 is ook naar voren gekomen! Een geintegreerde aanpak betekent dat de organisatie een geheel is van samenhangende delen. Alle activiteiten in de organisatie hangen nauw met elkaar samen. Vandaar dat een geintegreerde aanpak helpt voorkomen dat er gaten vallen of dat er zich situaties voordoen die onverwacht opduiken.<\/p>\n<p>Eigenlijk is een organisatie een systeem. \u00a0Mooi gezegd kun je stellen dat <strong><em>het geheel meer is dan de som der delen<\/em><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Het succes van de organisatie is niet alleen afhankelijk van het optimaal functioneren van elk apart onderdeel, maar vooral ook van de onderlinge relatie of samenhang tussen de onderdelen.<\/p>\n<p>Genoeg voor nu!<\/p>\n<p>Denk mee!
