geleid heeft tot de opmerkig:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Human Heart from the Start<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Want wat managers en personeel moet beseffen is dat we uit het tijdperk van voornamelijk kennis, waarbij fusion-text-2\"><p>Dit betekent voor leidinggevenden en pesoneel dat je in werk en prive met wijsheid omgaat met jezelf en de doelen die je in het leven stelt, dus bewust zijn van wie je bent en hoe je je talenten inzet.<\/p>\n<p>Maak je de juise keuzes bij de doelen die je in heet leven stelt?<\/p>\n<p>Heel eenvoudig gesteld heeft dit heel veel met je <strong>Mindset<\/strong> te makent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de manier waarop jij jezelf ziet en<\/li>\n<li>de manier waarop jij anderen ziet,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De combinatie van beiden hebben naast andere factoren invloed op je <strong>Attitude<\/strong>, de manier waarop je in het leven staat en hoe je tegen situaties, tegen mensen en tegen andere zaken als intelligentie, talenten en kwaliteiten, materiele waarde, hogere spirituele inzichten, cultuur van jezelf en anderen aankijkt en daardoor onder andere met Respect naar jezelf en anderen omgaat.<\/p>\n<p>Dus de mindset is van invloed op de houding de manier waarop we over onszelf en anderen <strong><em>denken<\/em><\/strong>, het beinvloedt ons in ons <strong><em>voelen<\/em><\/strong> en dat ligt aan de basis van wat we <strong><em>doen.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het gaat dus om ons gedrag. Helaas ontdekken we veel negativiteit in het gedrag van mensen om ons heen niet alleen op de werkvloer maar ook in hun dagelijks leven.<\/p>\n<p>Het is heel belangrijk dat we het bewustzijn van de mensen en van onszelf versterken: dus bewust worden van wat we in ons gedrag tonen en wat dat zegt over wie we zijn, wat we denken.<\/p>\n<p>Bewustwording hiervan door Selfreflectie beinvloedt onze Mindset, Attitude en ons Gedrag<\/p>\n<p>Vandaar dat het antwoord op de eerste zin van Hedendaagse Management Uitdagingen niet makkelijk is. Het is inderdaad niet zomaar dat een manager zich soms afvraagt: wat moet ik nog meer doen om mijn organisatiedoelen te realiseren?<\/p>\n<p>De afgelooen weken is aangegeven dat\u00a0 Strategie en Structuur, de concrete kant van de organisatie onvoldoende is. We moeten aan de slag met de cultuur in de organisatie<\/p>\n<p>Daarbij gaat het om de waarden en normen en de invulling daarvan in gedrag en afspraken die we daarover maken. Eigenlijk niet alleen in de organisatie, maar ook in ons priveleven.<\/p>\n<p>Belangrijk is dat er een omgeving is waar je je op alle vlakken veilig voelt. Helder en transparant weet wat van je verwacht wordt en waar het management naar toe wil. Een omgeving waarin je weet wat je talenten zijn, hoe je die kan ontwikkelen en wat je bijdrage is om hogere doelen in de organisatie te kunnen realiseren.<\/p>\n<p>Het gaat om motivatie, inspiratie, vertrouwen. Als er geen sterke bedrijfs\u00adcultuur is, kan alles nog steeds mis gaan ongeacht de juiste strategie en structuur.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom begint alles bij de hoogste leiding.<\/p>\n<p>Het is belangrijk dat die de eigen overtuigingen, idee\u00ebn en waarden helder heeft met een positief mensbeeld, bewust van de eigen leiderschapstijl en de principes die daaruit voortvloeien.<\/p>\n<p>Bedoelen we dat de manager zich op alles moet richten? Ja, inderdaad, dat is wel het uitgangspunt. Niets staat volledig los en onafhankelijk van andere aandachtsgebieden binnen en buiten de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Zonder de\u00a0 juiste aandacht aan de mens <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>draaien systemen, processen en procedures niet zoals dat zou moeten. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Het zijn de mensen in de organisatie die zorg dragen <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>dat het geheel meer is dan de som der delen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Human Heart Management<\/strong> begint met bewustwording over het volgende:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ga je met mensen in zee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Voornamelijk op basis van hun verhaal en hun CV?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dan volgt uiteindelijk de roep om ontslag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Vooral vanwege van hun gedrag!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In oktober praten we verder!<\/p>\n<p>Blijf bewust meedenken!!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reina Kolf-Telgt, HR Potential Development Advisor, met meer dan 30 jaar HR ervaring in Change\/HR management &amp;
