Vanaf het begin is het belangrijk dat je nagaat wie is de persoon, wie is de mens? Als je als manager daar niet in bent geintereseerd, dan voelt iedereen in de organisatie dat!! Bovendien voelt de organisatie het zelf!<\/p>\n<p>Niet mee eens? Let\u2019s talk!<\/p>\n<p>Is het overdreven te stellen dat mensen meer nodig hebben dan wat ze met hun Hoofd en hun Handen kunnen om hun bijdrage te leveren aan het succes van een organisatie? En what about de gedachte dat dit niet alleen voor personeel geldt maar ook voor de leiding?<\/p>\n<p>Het is eigenlijk not done dat <em>mensen<\/em> zo met <em>mensen<\/em> om gaan en toch verbaasd zijn als de <em>personeelsmensen<\/em> zich niet voor 100% inzetten en zelfs van tijd tot tijd in opstand komen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar ja, als de <em>leidingevende mens<\/em> zelf niet beter weet en er altijd mee weg kwam door alleen met hun hoofd en soms met hun handen te werken en toch \u2018<strong>hun persoonlijk doel\u2019<\/strong> konden bereiken.\u00a0 Kun je ze het wel kwalijk nemen ?<\/p>\n<p>Natuurlijk kunnen we het ze kwalijk nemen, want managers, supervisors en alle overige leidinggevenden, ga bij uzelf na: Wat leidt echt tot persoonlijk succes?<\/p>\n<p>Wat hebt u nog meer in huis behalve de kennis in uw hoofd en misschien de kundigheid om die kennis toe te kunnen passen?<\/p>\n<p>Staat u wel stil bij uw gevoel? Beseft u voldoende dat het dat deel is dat uit uw hart komt dat uw functioneren compleet maakt en dat tot succes leidt? We praten niet over mental health en wellness thuis, maar ook op de werkvloer.<\/p>\n<p>Net zoals in de organisatie het de cultuur is die de organisatie compleet maakt en ondersteunt om te excelleren. Zo is het ook met uw persoonlijke cultuur; het hart dat betrokken is bij het leiden van de mens in de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Dat is waar het om gaat en tegelijk ook waar het in de praktijk mis gaat!<\/p>\n<p>Human Heart Management kijkt verder dan de papieren van een medewerker. De opdracht is: Neem de tijd ieder personeelslid te kennen. Maak de organisatie tot een omgeving waar het algemeen uitgangspunt is dat ieder mens op basis van zijn persoonlijke kracht wordt aangesteld en ook zo wordt ingezet, gecoacht en begeleid <strong>en<\/strong> gecorrigeerd als het niet goed gaat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En let wel<\/strong>: de persoonlijke kracht van een indivdu is niet de opleiding, het diploma, nee meer dan dat; het gaat om de persoonlijkheid, de kracht die de medewerker heeft, kan en wil inzetten voor het succes van de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>De ruimte die gegeven wordt om op die manier in de organisatie aan de slag te gaan, dat is wat personeelsleden inspireert en motiveert!<\/p>\n<p>Als een medewerker op basis daarvan respectvol wordt ingezet met de aanwezige talenten dan zullen we andere resultaten zien dan wat
