Voor het behalen van Key Results, oftwel de belangrijkste doelen van de organisatie is er niet heel veel tijd meer, maar met vereende krachten moet dat zeker wel mogelijk zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dit laatste kwartaal is het zeker ook belangrijk om te denken aan hoe u vorm zal geven aan het jaar 2023. Hierbij is het opstarten van een Accountability Journey, zoals ondertussen steeds meer Surinaamse bedrijven doen, zeker een goede stap. In Suriname zijn er reeds voorbeelden van bedrijven, groot en klein die met deze stap zichtbare resultaten hebben behaald door verbetering van de organisatiecultuur, betrokkenheid van medewerkers en ook meer omzetten. Wereldwijd onderschrijven steeds meer corporate leaders het belang van organisatiecultuur voor het behalen van resultaten. Investeren in een positieve verandering van die cultuur leidt steeds weer tot positieve resultaten bij bedrijven wereldwijd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Waarom is Accountability zo belangrijk?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het vergroten van Accountability resulteert in een toename van de focus op het behalen van resultaten terwijl tegelijkertijd de medewerkers motivatie en betrokkenheid toeneemt. Door ervoor te zorgen dat eenieder in de organisatie een bijdrage kan leveren aan het vaststellen van die belangrijke organisatiedoelen en daardoor ook actief betrokken zijn bij de realisatie daarvan, groeit de organisatie zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief. Voor de leiders van de organisatie betekent dit ook dat die zich dan nog meer kunnen wijden aan de strategische doelen van de organisaties, terwijl eenieder zich met een sterke focus richt op wat belangrijk is voor het bedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Wat betekent \u201cAccountable\u201d zijn?<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accountability zoals wij dat bezigen bij OTNV, gaat om de persoonlijke keuze die iemand maakt die verder reikt dan slechts \u201cverantwoordelijkheid\u201d. Iemand die accountable is, houdt zich niet alleen bezig met de taken die zijn of haar bord liggen, maar is gemotiveerd en geinspireerd om ongeacht de omstandigheden een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan het behalen van Key Results. Accountability is aan te leren, en met een goede aanpak wordt dit een belangrijk onderdeel van de organisatiecultuur. De Accountability Journey vormt hiervoor een sterke basis die niet alleen bij bedrijven in Suriname maar ook bij vele grote bedrijven in de rest van de wereld vruchten afwerpt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wilt u weten hoe het zit met de Accountability in uw organisatie?
