Dat gepraat over de mens en de hoeksteen van de organisatie zoals in de afgelopen colums lijkt wel een beetje overdreven, vandaar deze vraag.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is een bekend gevoel! Net zoals opmerkingen als: \u2018HR is altijd bezig met dat softe gedoe\u2019. \u2018HR komt altijd met vragen en opmerkingen die het bedrijfsproces verstoren\u2019 \u2018Elk goed idee dat in gang is gezet wordt door HR gewoon afgeremd\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ja toch, iedereen kent wel managers die HR ervaren als een struikelblok een \u201churdle\u201d waar je omheen of overheen moet.<\/p>\n<p>Laten we weer even terug gaan naar het bestaansrecht van de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Uiteindelijk heeft elke organisatie 1 centraal hoofddoel: het succesvol realiseren van de doelstelling. Iedere organisatie formuleert dat doel op de eigen manier, het kan van alles zijn, van niet-commercieel tot commercieel.<\/p>\n<p>Dus het hoeft niet pers\u00e9 om financi\u00eble winst te gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Om welk doel dan ook te kunnen realiseren hebben we mensen nodig die gemotiveerd zijn om alles wat ze aan talenten hebben in te zetten om het gewenste doel te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p>Het sleutelwoord is motivatie, dus wat motiveert een medewerker?<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn door de jaren heen veel studies gedaan naar het onderwerp &#8216;salaris&#8217; en er is \u00e9\u00e9n conclusie die ze allemaal hebben; dat voor de meesten van ons geld geen primaire drijfveer is: \u00a0Loyaliteit en inzet is niet te koop.<\/p>\n<p>In deze financieel-economische malaise is dit een gevaarlijke uitspraak. Met de inkomsten die veel mensen nu hebben zijn ze natuurlijk wel bereid zich extra in te zetten als ze de garantie krijgen meer geld te kunnen verdienen.<\/p>\n<p>Ook al is de algemene gedachte dat die extrinsieke motivatie tijdelijk is en op de langere termijn niet voldoende is, moeten we het met elkaar eens zijn, dat wein deze tijden er wel heel ver mee komen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar er komt altijd een moment dat dat geld niet meer voldoende is. Wat de innerlijke motor van de medewerker langer laat draaien is die intrinsieke motivatie, die motivatie van binnen uit.<\/p>\n<p>De innerlijke motivatie van een machine zou je kunnen zeggen is de kwalitatieve olie die gebruikt wordt om de machine soepel te laten lopen.<\/p>\n<p>Als de medewerker intrinsiek gemotiveerd is, \u00a0heeft die olie te maken met de taken die hij\/zij graag en goed doet, niet omdat de medewerker van buitenaf gemotiveerd wordt om zich in te zetten en opdrachten uit te voeren. Nee, omdat\u00a0 deze persoon met meer plezier naar het werk gaat en zich betrokkken voelt bij de organisatie. Dit gevoel beinvloedt de manier waarop inzet plaatsvindt en alle strengths worden ingezet om te excelleren in de taken die worden uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n<p>En wat die intrinsieke motivatie van de mens is?<\/p>\n<p>Dat is de uitdaging, want we praten niet over 1 soort motivatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bij intrinsieke motivatie geldt niet: \u201cOne size fits all\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iedere medewerker heeft zijn eigen specifieke motivatie.<\/p>\n<p>En dat is de specifieke aandacht die de mens als hoeksteen van de organisate nodig heeft.<\/p>\n<p>Volgende keer praten we verder!<\/p>\n<p>Blijf
