Het land staat voor een periode met grote veranderingen en grote economische groei. Tijdens de vele gesprekken die wij in Suriname gevoerd heb met bedrijven, instellingen en overheid kwam vaak de behoefte aan leiderschap dat succesvol weet om te gaan met alle veranderingen naar voren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het land staat voor immense uitdagingen, uitdagingen die vernieuwende leiderschapskwaliteiten vragen; leiders die kansen cre\u00ebren, die omgaan met verandering, duidelijk communiceren, leiders die mensen motiveren en inspireren en leiders die het beste uit hun mensen naar boven halen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In de afgelopen periode heeft de organisatie Academie voor Leadership behoorlijk wat voorwerk gedaan door te onderzoeken of de bedrijven, overheid en instellingen de bovengenoemde uitdagingen herkennen. En zo ja hoe zij daar een antwoord op zouden willen hebben. De meeste organisaties geven duidelijk aan dat zij behoefte hebben aan vernieuwde leiderschap, leiders die de uitdaging willen aangaan. Leiders die vorm kunnen geven aan de nieuwe bedrijfscultuur, leiders die in staat zijn om hun ervaring zodanig in te zetten dat zij de volgende stappen kunnen zetten met hun team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reden voor de Academie van Leadership, om een nieuwe leergang te ontwikkelen, speciaal voor Suriname. De Academie voor Leadership haar docenten en coaches hebben meer dan 15 jaar ervaring in leiderschapstraining en coaching bij bedrijven, instellingen en overheid in Nederland maar ook internationaal. Zij hebben na intensieve gesprekken met de Surinaamse doelgroep, de al bewezen methode aangepast aan de cultuur en specifieke eisen die voor het hedendaagse Suriname belangrijk zijn. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De eerste leergang is op 9, 10 en 11 februari 2023 en wij verzorgen de leergang in het Marriott hotel in Paramaribo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op 8 februari is een netwerkavond en vindt de kennismaking plaats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De volgende voor Suriname essenti\u00eble zaken komen aan de orde:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De diverse cultuuraspecten die een mogelijk een belemmerende werking hebben in het transitieproces waarin Suriname nu verkeert.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De stap van emotioneel leiderschap naar rationeel leiderschap, dus hoe breng je je leiderschap op een acceptabele manier bij de werknemer?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Van een reactieve houding naar een proactieve inzet, hoe stimuleer je teams?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoe de mogelijkheden te cre\u00ebren van de huidige traditionele werkwijze naar nieuwe en moderne inzichten en aanpak.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoe voer je als leider veranderingen door?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoe zorg je ervoor werknemers met ambitie en passie hun werk doen en uitdagingen aangaan?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze leergang biedt dus genoeg handvaten om de deelnemers te leren hoe de werkwijze aan te pakken op een zodanige manier dat het ten goede komt aan de organisatie en dus aan de teams.
