{"id":7688,"date":"2023-02-24T15:18:22","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T18:18:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vsbstia.org\/?p=7688"},"modified":"2023-03-10T13:30:26","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T16:30:26","slug":"vsb-doet-voorstel-aanpassing-wet-arbeidsbescherming-gezin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vsbstia.org\/?p=7688","title":{"rendered":"VSB doet voorstel aanpassing Wet Arbeidsbescherming gezin"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#eaeaea;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_2_3 2_3 fusion-two-third fusion-column-first\" style=\"width:65.3333%; margin-right: 4%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Naar aanleiding van de gevoerde gesprekken met de cluster ministers met betrekking tot diverse pijnpunten van De Vereniging Surinaams Bedrijfsleven, is ook de kwestie doorbetaalde zwangerschaps-, bevallings-en vaderschapsverlof onder aandacht gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Het bedrijfsleven is van mening dat indien de voorziening reeds onder een vigerende Collectieve Arbeidsovereenkomst is getroffen, dispensatie verleend kan worden aan desbetreffend bedrijf aan deelname in het Algemeen fonds ouderschapsverlof.<\/p>\n<p>De VSB, heeft het volgende voorgesteld aan de minister van Arbeid, Werkgelegenheid en Jeugdzaken:<\/p>\n<p><u>Huidige Tekst<\/u>: <strong>Artikel 19 lid 2: Overgangs- en slotbepalingen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De bij de inwerkingtreding van deze wet reeds geldende regelingen ter financiering van het doorbetaalde zwangerschaps- en bevallingsverlof en het vaderschapsverlof op grond van een collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst, reglement of een andere arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling blijven van toepassing, met in achtneming van het bepaalde in artikel 12 lid 4 wat betreft de hoogte van de werkgevers- en werknemersbijdrage en wel tot uiterlijk 3(drie) jaar na de inwerkingtreding van deze wet. Daarna dienen deze werkgevers de wet te implementeren. Het recht op vrijstelling van dienst zoals voorgeschreven bij deze wet treedt na haar afkondiging direct in werking, indien gewenst door de werknemer. Gedurende de overgangsperiode vindt de doorbetaling plaats conform de regelingen van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p><u>Voorstel Aanpassing Tekst:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Artikel 19 lid 2: Overgangs- en slotbepalingen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De bij de inwerkingtreding van deze wet reeds geldende regelingen ter financiering van het doorbetaalde zwangerschaps-, bevallings &#8211; en vaderschapsverlof op grond van een collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst, reglement of een andere arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling blijven van toepassing, met inachtneming van het bepaalde in artikel 12 lid 4 wat betreft de hoogte van de werkgevers- en werknemersbijdrage en wel tot uiterlijk 3(drie) jaar na de inwerkingtreidng van deze wet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Indien na deze 3 (drie) jaren in de financiering van het doorbetaalde zwangerschaps-, bevallings &#8211;
