SEOB is een onafhankelijke instantie die de regering adviseert over de uitvoering van het IMF-programma en het economisch herstelplan. Belangrijke punten uit het bulletin zijn:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overheidsinkomsten lopen achter, voornamelijk door een vertraagde inning van de BTW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rentebetalingen van de overheid nemen toe vanwege de hoge staatsschuld.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ondanks lagere uitgaven wordt verwacht dat de target voor de lopende rekening wordt behaald in 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inflatie is hoog maar daalt, met een verwachte range van 39% tot 43% voor 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De wisselkoers is stabiel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De basisgeldhoeveelheid is onder controle, en rentetarieven stijgen licht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De bruto internationale reserve is gestegen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ongeveer 59% van de maatregelen binnen het IMF-programma is medio oktober 2023 afgerond.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het bulletin benadrukt het belang van schuldherstructurering, transparante uitvoering van het sociaal programma, en stimulerende maatregelen voor de private sector.
