Deze stakeholdersessie was gericht op de derde prioriteit van het Decent Work Country Programma 3, namelijk Arbeidsmarkt Bestuur en arbeidsrechten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De commissie presenteerde de status van deze prioriteit waar er tot 2026 de ruimte is om een 100% realisatiegraad te behalen. Binnen deze prioriteit zien we tot nu toe een gemiddeld percentage van 22%.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier drie belangrijke uitkomsten ge\u00efdentificeerd<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outcome 3.3: Improved labour market information and analysis system &#8211; Deze uitkomst heeft een percentage van 36%. Het benadrukt het belang van het verbeteren van systemen voor het verzamelen en analyseren van arbeidsmarktgegevens. Dit suggereert een sterke inzet voor het verkrijgen van nauwkeurige en relevante informatie om beleidsbeslissingen te ondersteunen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outcome 3.1: The national legal and policy framework is strengthened to align with international labour &#8211; Met een percentage van 20% richt deze uitkomst zich op het versterken van het nationale juridische en beleidskader om in lijn te zijn met internationale arbeidsnormen. Hoewel iets lager dan Outcome 1.3, blijft dit een belangrijk aandachtspunt voor het waarborgen van de rechten van werknemers en het cre\u00ebren van een eerlijke arbeidsomgeving.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outcome 3.2: National labour administration machinery is strengthened, with a focus on labour &#8211; Met een percentage van 10% wordt hier de nadruk gelegd op het versterken van de nationale arbeidsadministratie, met speciale aandacht voor arbeidsaangelegenheden. Dit omvat aspecten zoals het verbeteren van toezichtsmechanismen en het verbeteren van de effectiviteit van geschillenbeslechting.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Binnen elke uitkomst zijn er verschillende outputs ge\u00efdentificeerd, elk met hun eigen veranderingspercentages. Een opvallende output is Output 3.1.2: The ILO\u2019s C155 and C187 (OSH) and C190 (violence and harassment) are ratified, met een hoog percentage van 70%. Dit wijst op een sterke vooruitgang in het ratificeren van belangrijke internationale verdragen met betrekking tot veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk, evenals geweld en intimidatie op de werkplek. Deze actie is van cruciaal belang voor het waarborgen van veilige en respectvolle werkomstandigheden voor alle werknemers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aan de andere kant zien we dat Output 3.1.3: An improved gender-responsive labour migration governance framework slechts een vordering percentage van 6% heeft. Dit suggereert dat er mogelijk uitdagingen zijn bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een gender responsief kader voor het beheer van arbeidsmigratie, wat verdere aandacht en inspanningen vereist om vooruitgang te boeken op dit gebied.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In het volgende seminar zal de commissie een status presenteren van Prioriteit 2 van het programma dat
