Tijdens de vergadering van gisteren werd vastgesteld dat er in het afgelopen jaar goed werk is verricht. Onder meer werd een toekomstgerichte agenda ge\u00efdentificeerd met belangrijke punten waar de sociale partners het over eens zijn:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het verbeteren van de bedrijfsvoering (Ease of Doing Business)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het opzetten van een kader voor een Nationale Visie 2050<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aanpassing van lonen in zowel de private als publieke sector en handhaving van arbeidswetgeving<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grondige herziening van het belastingstelsel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beheersing van inflatie<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verdere sociale en economische ontwikkeling<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Lokale inbreng en investeringen<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met de aankondiging van de Final Investment Decision (FID) door TotalEnergies op 1 oktober jongstleden is het perspectief van het land veranderd. Het TO benadrukt dat lokale bedrijven en de bevolking maximaal moeten profiteren van deze ontwikkelingen. Er zijn gesprekken gestart over lokale inbreng (local content) en de kansen voor werkgelegenheid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoewel de looptijd van dit TO eind deze maand afloopt, is unaniem besloten om door te werken en aan de president te vragen het mandaat van het TO met een jaar te verlengen tot eind 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Samenwerking blijft <\/b><b>de <\/b><b>sleutel tot succes<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sinds de oprichting heeft het Tripartite Overleg een belangrijke rol gespeeld in het bevorderen van samenwerking tussen de sociale partners. Het overleg heeft met succes verschillende uitdagingen aangepakt en de basis gelegd voor wederopbouw en vooruitgang. In voorgaande jaren zijn kwesties als economisch herstel, hervormingen, arbeidsmarkt, ondernemersklimaat en sociale zekerheid besproken en aangepakt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De voortdurende dialoog en samenwerking tussen de overheid, de private sector en de vakbonden benadrukken het belang van gezamenlijke inspanningen om de complexiteit van nationale ontwikkeling het hoofd te bieden.
