Als werkgeversorganisatie zet de VSB zich in voor een concurrerende, duurzame en inclusieve economische ontwikkeling van Suriname en onderhoudt zij nauwe relaties met overheid, bedrijfsleven, maatschappelijke organisaties en internationale partners. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter versterking van ons bureau zijn wij op zoek naar een: <\/span><b>Liaison Officer<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Functieomschrijving <\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Liaison Officer vervult een centrale rol in het onderhouden en versterken van de relaties tussen de VSB en haar stakeholders. Deze functionaris is verantwoordelijk voor het co\u00f6rdineren van communicatie, het faciliteren van samenwerkingen en het ondersteunen van beleids- en belangenbehartigingsactiviteiten. Ook fungeert de Liaison Officer als schakel tussen de VSB, haar leden, overheidsinstanties, internationale organisaties en andere relevante partners. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onderhouden en versterken van relaties met leden, partners, overheidsinstanties en andere stakeholders.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co\u00f6rdineren van communicatie en informatie-uitwisseling tussen de VSB en externe partijen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van vergaderingen, consultaties, evenementen en stakeholderbijeenkomsten.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signaleren van relevante ontwikkelingen binnen het bedrijfsleven, arbeidsmarktbeleid en economische regelgeving.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van beleidsdocumenten, standpunten, rapportages en presentaties en overige publicaties.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bijhouden van stakeholderdatabases en contactnetwerken. Vertegenwoordigen van de VSB bij bijeenkomsten en evenementen wanneer nodig.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ondersteunen van projecten en programma\u2019s gericht op sociale dialoog, ondernemerschapsontwikkeling en publiek-private samenwerking.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Functie-eisen <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afgeronde HBO of daaraan gelijkgestelde studie, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfskunde, Bestuurskunde, Internationale Betrekkingen, Communicatie, Rechten of een vergelijkbare richting.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in stakeholdermanagement, public affairs, projectco\u00f6rdinatie of relatiebeheer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li
