IDB Invest would like to invite you to attend this year’s Sustainability Week. They would like to have a good sample of Surinamese companies attending this event. The Sustainability Week 2022 is entitled “From Thinkers to Doers” and will be held in Miami, Florida, between June 28 and July 1, 2022.

The event will focus on tangible business opportunities for the private sector, providing a platform for global and regional leaders to share solutions and best practices that drive sustainable impact. Participants will include some of the most influential private companies, investors, and regional and global asset owners as well as experts, innovators, and change agents in development finance, sustainability, and ESG. This year the event will also have a strong focus on S&I countries and opportunities for broader IDB Invest engagement with projects in the Caribbean.

The event will also provide an opportunity to connect, interact, and build partnerships with members of the principal community of sustainability doers. Among the topics to be discussed are challenges and opportunities related to climate change, sustainable value chains, financial innovation, digital transformation, and securing a just transition that leaves no one behind.
